GlucaGen® HypoKit

Your blood sugar can drop so low, that severe hypoglycaemia symptoms, such as disorientation, unconsciousness, and seizures or convulsions appear. This is an emergency, which requires immediate treatment. Permanent damage to the brain or even death may result if treatment is delayed.
Treatment of severe hypoglycaemia
In the event of severe hypoglycaemia, you will need someone to give you an injection of glucagon. Every person with diabetes should have a GlucaGen® HypoKit. Make sure your family, friends and co-workers know where to find and how to use the injection kit. Teach them before an emergency arises.
