Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme in Regulatory Affairs (RA) is a great opportunity for future RA leaders to join a fast-growing, successful, international company. As a Novo Nordisk graduate, you’ll gain broad knowledge of how you as an RA employee are involved with getting products and product changes approved all over the world. You will be part of an international project group and gain an overview of all the aspects required to get new drugs approved worldwide and how to keep them up to the state of the art. You will se the aspects from a headquarter perspective as well as from an affiliate within or outside Europe.
The RA Graduate Programme will give you valuable project management skills and an understanding of RA strategy and planning. You’ll learn to take ownership of projects, and you’ll build up an international network of colleagues.

What you’ll be doing
As an RA graduate, you’ll gain experience working in a broad range of areas, including:
- Regulatory strategies
- Regulatory legislation
- Knowledge of quality, non-clinical and clinical development
- Negotiation
- Project management
- IT systems, including electronic submission of files to the authorities
Scope of the programme
The RA Graduate Programme comprises three eight-month rotations. You’ll complete two of these at corporate headquarters in Denmark and one rotation at a Novo Nordisk affiliate in another part of the world.
Requirements
To join the RA programme, you’ll need to have successfully completed a Master's degree in a relevant field within natural science, such as pharmacy, chemical engineering, biology, biotechnology or equivalent. We’re looking for people with an international profile who are performance-oriented, outgoing and willing to learn from others. You should be able to work as part of a team – but also to work independently and be prepared to take ownership over your own projects.
