A global finance career that makes a difference

What do Paulina Pietrasik, Thomas B. Jensen and Susanne Dreyer have in common? They’re all successful Novo Nordisk employees – now working at corporate HQ in Denmark or our regional HQ in Zurich. And they all got their start by joining the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme in Global Finance.

The programme offers recent graduates a world of opportunities in a truly global corporation – providing exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment, in-depth understanding of the company’s finance operations, and an international network of talented colleagues.

And like Paulina, Thomas and Susanne, most of our graduates are hired on a permanent basis when they’ve finished their rotations.

Scope of the programme

The Global Finance Graduate Programme includes four six-month rotations – up to three in your region and one or two at corporate HQ in Denmark or at a Novo Nordisk office abroad. Our most recent graduates have enjoyed rotations in countries as far apart as Japan, Brazil, the United States, Italy, Mexico, the UK and Germany.
