Pharma Management Education
Pharma Management Education aims at developing high-class young management professionals with thorough pharmaceutical business knowledge and a strong organizational network.
The programme consists of an intensive 2-year sales and marketing, cross organizational training, as well as leadership and team work skills development. Field hands-on experience is offered, complemented by extensive education.
European experience is enhanced through three rotations. The first 6 months of the programme take place in the regional office in Zurich, Switzerland, working as a business analyst.
After this period, the participants will make a rotation of 12 months working as sales representative to experience sales force dynamics and to gain understanding of customer base, which is crucial for further career development.
Finally, a third 6-month rotation as a business analyst takes place in another European country in a sales or marketing department, or in Head Quarters in Denmark.
