Haemophilia and Haemostasis Management

We seek partners and opportunities within:

Prevention and treatment of bleeding in people with haemophilia.

• Improvement of rFVIIa therapies for patients with inhibitors, including prophylaxis
• Improvement of FVIII and FIX based therapies for patients with haemophilia A or B, including long acting prophylaxis
• Novel non-replacement therapies that improve haemostasis.
  

Our position

Our discovery of recombinant human Factor VIIa (rFVIIa), a coagulation protein and the active substance in NovoSeven®, set us on our pioneering path within haemophilia therapy. Within coagulation and haemostasis we have long-standing expertise in various in vitro and in vivo models as well as in clinical development.
